Order processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees, and checkout controls whether free shipping is available.

Address, tracking, and delivery issues

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are shared when available. As part of this process, contact us about delays, lost parcels, a delivered scan without receipt, damage, or delivery restrictions and include the order number, checkout email, and tracking details.

Carrier investigations, weather, high volume, holidays, remote destinations, and incomplete information may affect timing.
